DMV Closures due to the COVID-19 Pandemic

We hope you and your family are safe and well. As we continue to navigate the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak together, we wanted to update you on how Jupiter Tag & Title Service, Inc. is doing our part to help limit the spread of this pandemic.

As you are likely aware, South Florida has recently experienced a large increase in the number of individuals infected with the COVID-19 virus. Recent state and county executive orders have been made strongly urging all residents to stay home to help prevent further spread of the virus. In an effort to best protect the health of our employees, their families, and those in our area, we will be closing our office from April 2nd through April 12th.

Challenging times must be met with exceptional measures; therefore during this time, we will continue to maintain basic operations including: receiving packages from dealers, handling completed work returning from the state DMVs, and shipping completed tags/registrations to our dealers. Quote requests will continue to be processed as usual. Emails sent to the general email address will be checked periodically and handled as we are able but deal status information may be limited.

As fellow Americans and automotive industry professionals, we’re all in this together. You have our promise that we will be working tirelessly to maintain our level of service with all safety precautions in place. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all continue to do our part to help limit the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to monitor updated national and local guidelines as we make plans for continued operations after April 13th. We will update you with any changes as they arise.

As we work with various DMV offices, we will be continually tracking their operational status. Please be aware that we do not currently have closure statuses for all DMV offices. However, we will continue to update this page as we gather more information.
